Purpose

These terms govern the use of the online shop managed by Beatriz Cordero Muñoz, as well as purchases of products made through it.

Intellectual property

All content, images, and descriptions of the artworks are the property of the owner. Their reproduction or use without express authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Purchase conditions

• Prices for each artwork are shown in euros and include taxes where applicable.

• Payments are processed through the secure payment gateways available in the shop.

• Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days, except in cases excluded by law (unique artworks and personalised products). For more information, please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Limitation of liability

The owner is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the courier company, nor for any misuse of the artworks once purchased.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish and European consumer legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
