Refund policy
I want every piece to reach you in perfect condition and for your shopping experience to be impeccable. All works are prepared with great care so they travel safely to your door. Even so, I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, so below you’ll find how shipping, returns and refunds work.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase.
Important exceptions

Original, one-of-a-kind artworks are excluded from this right due to their unique and non-replaceable nature.

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
In practice, this means returns are only accepted if the work arrives damaged in transit. In such cases, the timeframes and requirements set out in the Shipping Policy apply.
Conditions for accepted returns

The work must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.

Please use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

The customer covers the cost of return shipping, except where damage occurred during transport—then I will cover all costs.
How to request a return

Email me within 14 days of receiving your order at bea@beacordero.art, including:

Reason for the return

Photos (if there is any damage or defect)

I will send you return instructions.

Once I receive and inspect the work, I will confirm whether the return is approved or rejected.
Refunds

If approved, I will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned work.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (unless we agree otherwise).

No restocking fee: I do not apply any additional charges.
