All orders are processed with great care to ensure that each artwork arrives in perfect condition. Every piece is unique and requires special attention, so I make sure it is securely packaged with appropriate materials to protect it during transport.

Preparation times

Once payment is confirmed, I prepare and dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. For commissioned or personalised pieces, preparation may take longer, I will always inform you in advance so you have a clear timeframe from the start.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination. Within the European Union, they are usually between 3 and 10 working days. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the courier company or external circumstances beyond my control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before checkout, so you always know the exact amount before confirming your order. In special cases, such as promotions or free shipping, this will also be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Responsibility during transport

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery within the stated timeframe passes to them. If your order arrives damaged during transport, you must notify me within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of both the packaging and the artwork, so that I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
